一、IECEE認(rèn)證介紹
沙特阿拉伯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織自2018年2月15日起，開始強(qiáng)制實(shí)施IECEE認(rèn)證的新規(guī)定。將對其管制內(nèi)產(chǎn)品實(shí)施強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行，申請人需提交有效的CB測試報告和證書（包含國家差異）,審核通過后由SAS0簽發(fā)IECEE證書，才能申請產(chǎn)品符合性證書SC,貨物才能順利在沙特海關(guān)清關(guān)。
所有IECEE范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品都需要通過SASO官方網(wǎng)站(jeem1)申請并獲得IECEE證書才能順利通關(guān)。
IECEE證書被視為最終證書。如果產(chǎn)品還需要其他證書，如燈具的EER證書，手機(jī)的CITC證書，在申請IECEE證書之前，必須先獲得EER證書和CITC證書。
IECEE證書歸申請的進(jìn)口商所有，其他進(jìn)口商不能使用同一份IECEE證書進(jìn)行清關(guān)。
進(jìn)口商獲得IECEE證書后，可以憑IECEE證書號自行免費(fèi)申請SABER上的PC。
目前只有需要IECEE的產(chǎn)品才能申請IECEE證書。非強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品客戶不能自愿申請IECEE證書。

申請IECEE證書需要提供的文件與要求：
IECEE req. documents:
? CB test report
CB 測試報告 （3年內(nèi)）
? CB test certificate.
CB 證書
? Importer business license
進(jìn)口商營業(yè)執(zhí)照（申請的產(chǎn)品必須是在進(jìn)口商的營業(yè)范圍，CR必須在有效期內(nèi)）
? Manufacturer business license
制造商的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（必須與CB的制造商“Manufacturer”一致）
? Product photos, markings and plug. (including nameplate image for each model which should be exactly matching the rating in the CB Test certificate, plug needs the test report as per SASO 2203:2018)
實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的圖片和標(biāo)簽（不能用電子設(shè)計檔產(chǎn)品圖片或標(biāo)簽來申請IECEE，產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽務(wù)必與CB上的一致，如果有插頭清晰的圖片和標(biāo)簽，并提供SASO 2203:2018的測試報告，從2020年9月1日開始不再接受BS 1363）

如果申請的產(chǎn)品型號、商標(biāo)與CB的不一致，需要提供PID
? Attentions：Manufacturer/ Importer DOC or PID or any other form should with the Official letterhead of Manufacturer/ Importer company.
請注意：制造商或進(jìn)口商的DOC，或PID或其他的文件都需要用公司官方的信頭。
IECEE申請周期是2-4個星期左右，這取決于SASO的審批效率和所提交文件的質(zhì)量。
